  • Antibiotics like Azithromycin, Clarithromycin.

  • Do not take antacids for at least 2 hours before and after taking this drug.

  • Do not take this drug if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.

  • Do not drink alcohol along with Fenofibrate as it may interact adversely with the medication.

  • If you have acute and serious condition of muscular diseases (myopathy), it is better to refrain from the intake of Tricor tablet.

  • Do not give this drug to a patient with a family history of uncontrolled seizures.

  • If you have hypotension i.e. low blood pressure; then also avoid using it.

  • Monitor kidney function, liver function and cholesterol level in blood frequently.
