Why Inderal Medication is Prescribed?.

Inderal (Propranolol) helps in treating high blood pressure, irregular heart rhythms, tumor on a small gland near the kidneys, certain tremor and heart muscle disease. It also improves survival after a heart attack and prevents angina and migraine. It slows down heart rate and relaxes the blood vessels.

How Should Inderal be Used?

The medicine comes in a tablet, solution and extended-release capsule form. Take the medicine by mouth every day with or without food.

What Should I do if I Forget a Dose?

A missed dose should be taken as soon as you remember it. but skip the missed dose it the time for your regular dose is near. Never take a double dose.

What Side Effects can this medicine Cause?

Taking Inderal (Propranolol) may have side effects such as constipation, tiredness, dizziness, diarrhoea, difficulty in breathing, blistering, hives, rash, itching, irregular heartbeat, swelling of face tongue, throat or lips, or fainting.
